Human Resources

Tamika Harris serves as the Human Resources lead for UAD Ministries. In this role, Tamika oversees the development, implementation, and adherence to HR policies and procedures of the Ministry. In addition to that Tamika serves as an instructor for the Children’s Sunday School.

She brings with her to this position 20 years in staffing and operations management, talent acquisition and retention, and employee relations and compliance. 

Tamika is committed to personal development and training, supporting leadership in maintaining harmony and best practices, and contributing to the growth of the ministry. 

Tamika enjoys reading, community service, and spending time with family and friends.
