Please remember that if you have had an exposure to COVID or symptoms resembling an exposure to COVID or the flu, please change your toothbrush the minute you feel better. 

If you don't change your toothbrush, you are likely  to transfer unhealthy germs/ bacteria back into your healthy body. It's important to not reintroduce germs into our healthy bodies as this may make us feel sick all over again.

Remember, we are keeping our temples healthy for our kingdom assignments! Take care.
