Tamika Harris serves as the Human Resources lead for UAD Ministries. In this role, Tamika oversees the development, implementation, and adherence to HR policies and procedures of the Ministry.
She brings with her to this position 20 years in staffing and operations management, talent acquisition and retention, and employee relations and compliance.
